What-ifs
What-ifs help you make changes to a proposal quickly and accurately. They include:
- Estimate Redistribution: Transfer hours/units/cost from one resource to another.
- Flex/Shift: Modify the period of performance for a single task, multiple tasks, a whole proposal breakdown structure (PBS) element, or even an entire proposal.
- Resource Changes: Modify any resource’s hours/units/cost within a designated time period.
It's best to run what-ifs in a copy of your proposal so you don't lose any information. This also makes it easier to compare your changes to the original proposal.
