Activate an ESI

If an existing external system integration (ESI) is deactivated, you can activate it again. An active ESI can connect to the external system and retrieve data from it.

  1. In the navigation menu, click Administration > External System Integration.
  2. On the External System Integration page, hover over an ESI, then click Activate.
