Deactivate an ESI

You can deactivate an external system integration (ESI) to close its connection to the external system. Once deactivated, nobody can use it to retrieve data. Before deactivating, ensure that the ESI is no longer needed in any proposals.

1. In the navigation menu, click Administration > External System Integration.
2. On the External System Integration page, hover over an ESI, then click Deactivate.
