Additional fields

With the system-level settings for additional fields, you can choose which summary and resource fields are included in all submitted proposals. You can also enable or disable the proposal-level setting for additional fields.

When a proposal is submitted to ProPricer Contractor Edition, it contains the selected additional fields and the information entered in them. These additional summary and resource fields then become available in ProPricer CE, and they can be included in CE reports.

The Summary Fields and Resource Fields menus list all the fields that are unique to BOE Pro proposals. The proposals created in ProPricer CE do not have these fields.

To quickly find a summary or resource field, you can search for it in the Filter.

Allow Overrides on Submit controls the ability to select different fields for a proposal instead of including the default system-level fields. When it is enabled, the Additional Fields setting appears in the Connect to ProPricer CE window at the time of submittal.

Unlike the other tabs of Administration settings, changes on the Additional Fields tab do not save automatically. After changing anything on the Additional Fields tab, you must click Apply Settings to save.
