Edit a PBS element in a proposal

1. Open BOE View or the Estimates page, then go to the PBS.
2. Select a PBS element, then click Edit on the toolbar that appears.
3. Update the element's name and description as needed.
4. Select or clear Allow Estimates. The element must have no tasks before you clear the option and prevent users from entering data.
5. Click Close.
