Audit

The Audit feature lets you quickly verify a proposal is using the latest data from your ProPricer Contractor Edition database. If not, the conflicted data between your proposal and the database will appear. At that point, you can replace the old data, such as a resources in the proposal's direct rate table, with current data.

Auditing is especially useful when your proposal has resource codes. You can check for any code value that is not mapped to a resource in the direct rate table, then replace the value with a resource. The audit results also show how many times an unmapped resource code value is used in a proposal.

Open the Audit feature by selecting a proposal on the Proposals page and clicking More > Audit.
