Find and replace proposal BOE sections text

This feature is for the text that appears in BOE sections while working on a proposal in BOE View. It lets you replace text, such as a resource's name, throughout all BOEs in a proposal or just a specific BOE.

Since BOE View automatically creates formulas for estimates when BOE text has mathematical expressions, the find/replace process ignores such text.

Open the Find/Replace BOE Sections Text feature at the proposal level by selecting a proposal on the Proposals page and clicking More > Find/Replace BOE Sections Text. If you want to replace text in one BOE only, locate the BOE in BOE View, then go to Sections and click Find/Replace.

Once your search is complete, you'll be shown how many results were found. No text in any BOE will change until you click Replace.
