Use the right-side panel to set up the grid rows and columns. You can also filter the data shown in the grid.
The Pivot Grid has a CER Update button at the top-right. Click it for on-demand pricing with the proposal's CER data included. CER will appear in the Source Type column to show which estimates were generated by a CER.

- avg: The average amount.
- count: The number of records.
- first or last: The first value or last value.
- max or min: The highest value or lowest value.
- sum: The total amount. This is the default display.

To make a chart with all the data, right-click anywhere in the grid, point to Pivot Chart, then select a chart type.
To make a chart with the data in selected cells only, right-click the selected cells, point to Chart Range, then select a chart type.
Export to CSV or Excel
You can enter a name for the spreadsheet that will be created when you export your grid to a CSV or an Excel file.
Right-click anywhere in the grid, point to Export, then select CSV Export or Excel Export.
Field Chooser
Open the Field Chooser by clicking in the top-right corner of the Pivot Grid.
In the Field Chooser, you can set up your grid layout by dragging fields to and from the All Fields, Filter Fields, Rows, Columns, and Data Fields sections.
You can sort most fields in ascending or descending order by clicking or
next to a field's name. You can also filter most fields by clicking
and selecting field values individually. The grid will only show data for the field values you selected.
