Add a resource code in the library

  1. In the navigation menu, click Libraries > Resource Codes.
  2. In the Resource Code Library, click Add Resource Code.
  3. Enter a name for the code.
  4. Enter a description of the code. (Optional)
  5. Click Create. After the new code appears in the library, you can add the resource code values.
Global resource codes in the library are different than proposal-specific resource codes. To manage the resource codes that only appear in a certain proposal, go to the Resource Code Mapping proposal settings.
