Add a proposal from CE

If you already look to a contract-awarded proposal in ProPricer Contractor Edition as your benchmark, you can start the estimating process from there instead of creating an empty proposal from scratch. Just connect to your data server and add a proposal from CE .

1. In the navigation menu, click Proposals.
2. On the Proposals page, click Add > Add Proposal From CE.
3. In the Data Server field, select the server that has the ProPricer CE proposal.
4. If your login type requires credentials, enter them in the appropriate fields.
   • To change your login type, go to your system settings.
5. Click Next.
6. Select a CE proposal from the database you're connected to.
7. The Build Proposal Breakdown Structure From menu lists all summary fields, such as CLIN and WBS, used in the CE proposal to classify tasks. Select the summary field that will become the PBS in BOE Pro.
8. Select Include Estimates to retain the resource and travel estimates entered in the CE proposal’s tasks. CERs will also be included. Clear this option to add the proposal without estimates.
9. Click Process.
