Proposal settings: Access

The Access tab is for managing the people who are authorized to view or edit a proposal. You can move anybody in the Available Users list to the Users With Access list. If someone is already authorized in the proposal because of an access tag, they are indicated in the Users With Access list.

For each person authorized on the Access tab, the Proposal Access permissions of their role determine whether they can view and edit the proposal, or only view it. The proposal owner can always view and edit a proposal regardless of their Proposal Access permissions.
