Proposal settings: Integration
On the Integration tab, you can pull rate table and resource field information from a ProPricer Contractor Edition database into BOE Pro.
To access and retrieve external data, you must connect to your data server with CE credentials.
When you sync your proposal with ProPricer CE, BOE Pro gathers and applies the latest data from the rate tables and resource fields selected here.

Data Server, Username, & Password | Connecting to a CE data server with ProPricer, Azure AD, or Windows credentials allows you to integrate CE data with your BOE Pro proposal. Once connected, you can select the proposal's rate tables and external resource fields. |
External Resource Fields |
Resource fields predefined in ProPricer CE can help you categorize resources added to tasks. When you select external resource fields to use in your proposal, you can view the fields' properties and the values they accept. You can also make any of them required in your proposal. |
Direct Rate Table | The direct rate table provides the resources you add to tasks. When you select a table, you'll see a grid containing general information about its resources. If the grid is empty, then the table has no resources. If a direct rate table is set as Current in ProPricer CE, it’ll be the first table in your list. |
Indirect Rate Table | This setting shows the indirect rate table assigned to the selected direct rate table. Since an indirect rate table can only be assigned to a direct rate table in ProPricer CE, there is no option to select an indirect rate table in BOE Pro. |
Travel Rate Table | The travel rate table provides expense rates for the trips you add to tasks. It also specifies the number of days in a rental car week and a rental car month. If a travel rate table is set as Current in ProPricer CE, it’ll be the first table in your list. |
CER Table | The CER table provides the CERs you add to tasks in CER View. If a CER factor is assigned to any CERs in the table, you should select an appropriate CER factor table as well. If a CER table is set as Current in ProPricer CE, it’ll be the first table in your list. |
CER Factor Table | The CER factor table contains factors that may be used in the proposal's CER table. If a CER has a CER factor that doesn't exist in the CER factor table, or if no CER factor table is selected, the CER will appear as conflicted data. If a CER factor table is set as Current in ProPricer CE, it’ll be the first table in your list. |
Currency Exchange Rate Table | The exchange rate table contains rates for converting estimates from one currency to another. A table must be selected to use the Enable Multi-Currency setting. If an exchange rate table is set as Current in ProPricer CE, it’ll be the first table in your list. |
Enable Multi-Currency | When an exchange rate table is selected for the proposal, you can enable Multi-Currency in it. This allows selecting a currency for non-labor estimates that is different than the proposal-level currency. The currencies available are determined by the proposal's exchange rate table. |
