Add a CER in CER View
When you open a proposal in CER View, you can add CERs to it at the task level or proposal level.
Add a task CER
- On the Proposals page, select a proposal and click More > CER View.
- At the top of CER View, click Add > Add CER > Add Task CER.
- Select a CER from the proposal's CER table.
- Enter a unique CER ID or name.
- Select the task the CER will be added to.
- Enter a base amount cap for the base resource hours, equivalent heads, etc. (Optional)
- When a base resource reaches the base amount cap, the CER stops calculating the base's derivative resources.
- If you entered a base amount cap, you can change the cap timescale from None to Annual. (Optional)
- Without a cap timescale, derivative amounts are calculated according to the base resources' total amount in all years. Once the cap is reached in a task, the calculation stops.
- Click Create. The task CER will appear on the CER Data (Tasks) tab in CER View.
