Permissions: Libraries

These permissions are for managing the items in global libraries. BOE Pro currently has one library—the BOE Text Template Library.

Feature	Access	Edit	Add	Delete
BOE Sections	View, sort, and select sections in the BOE Section Library.	Change the name, description, and data type of BOE sections.	Create BOE sections.	Permanently delete BOE sections.
Resource Codes	View, sort, and select codes and code values in the Resource Code Library.	Change the name and description of codes and code values.	Create codes and code values.	Permanently delete codes and code values.
BOE Library	View, sort, and select BOEs in the BOE Library.	Not applicable.	Save finalized BOEs from the BOE List in the BOE Library.	Permanently delete saved BOEs.
