BOE List

The BOE List is divided into two areas with charts at the top and the list underneath.

The chart area provides a visual overview of the BOEs and workflow progress in a proposal. To move a chart in this area, click it and drag it to the left or right. Above the charts, you can go to Show/Hide Info and select what to display.

The list area organizes all the BOEs in a grid where you can sort, filter, and perform other grid functions.

If you use the External System Integration (ESI) feature in BOE Pro, the Valid Results column of the list indicates whether or not the results retrieved from the ESI have expired.

At the top of the list, there are buttons for managing the BOEs and controlling their workflow steps. You can:

• Edit workflow step due dates, BOE names, and BOE descriptions.
• Delete, lock, and unlock multiple selected BOEs in the list.
• Advance, reject, and override workflow steps.
• Open a proposal's workflow log.
• Save finalized BOEs in the BOE Library.
