Add SOW in a PBS element

Before adding a SOW to proposal breakdown structure (PBS) elements, Link SOW/BOE To in the Configuration proposal settings must be set to PBS or Default (Task and/or PBS).

1. On the Estimates page, select a PBS element, then click SOW on the toolbar that appears.
2. In the text editor, do either of the following:
   • Create the SOW text from scratch.
   • Click to import text from a Microsoft Word .docx file.
   • Click to open the proposal text, then copy information from it to the PBS element.
   • Click to open the parent PBS element’s SOW text, then copy information from it to the element you selected. (This option is available when adding text to a child PBS element).
3. Under the text editor, attach files to the SOW. Click Select file or drop the file in the designated area. (Optional)
4. Click to save your SOW.
