Bulk import SOW in PBS elements

Before adding a SOW to proposal breakdown structure (PBS) elements, Link SOW/BOE To in the Configuration proposal settings must be set to PBS or Default (Task and/or PBS).

Use Bulk Import to change the SOW information for multiple PBS elements at once. Alternatively, you can add SOW information to PBS elements one by one, but you'll save more time with Bulk Import.

1. On the Estimates page, click Add > Bulk Import > WBS SOW.
   • Your button in the menu will be labeled differently if you renamed the PBS.
2. Enter the SOW information for each element in a separate row.
   • An asterisk in a column name means that it is required.
   • If you're unsure what to enter, see the following table to learn more.
3. Click Add WBS SOW.

WBS*	Select the PBS element that the SOW or BOE will be added to.
Content Options*	Select Append to add the content at the end of the existing SOW or BOE text. Select Replace to delete all existing text and replace it with the new content.
Content	Click to open a text editor. In the editor, you can create the text from scratch, or you can click to import a Microsoft Word .docx file.
Attachment	Click the button to open a file explorer and select an attachment. You can also drag a file from your computer to this area.
Select Attachments	Click to select multiple attachments. Select them in a file explorer, or drag them from your computer. The files will appear in separate rows in the order you selected them. To select multiple attachments in a file explorer, hold Ctrl or Shift when you click the files. Or press Ctrl+A to select all files in a folder.
Delete	To remove rows of information, select the rows, then click Delete.
